  • Off-topic comments/posts that do not relate directly to the topic

By participating in our social media communities, you agree to abide by these guidelines. If you do not comply, you may be blocked from the page.

Social media posts and comments must also adhere to that platforms’ own community guidelines, user agreements and policies.

While we try to assist with simple questions or issues, many matters cannot be resolved via social media.

We monitor our social media channels from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). Outside these business hours, our staff do not moderate comments.

To redirect people to our communication channels that are available 24/7, we turn off comments on posts after 2 days, or when required based on available moderation resources. We include a comment on the post reminding our community that they can contact us or report an issue at any time on our website, or by calling us on (02) 6581 8111
