We have a large archive of records you can search for online or formally request through our online portal.
To use this service, you can apply for a login, or use the portal as a guest. You will also need a Mastercard or Visa credit card for payments (A 1% surcharge fee applies).

A section 10.7 Planning Certificate was previously known as a Section 149 Certificate. The Certificate will provide you with information regarding the development potential of a parcel of land. There are 2 types of Section 10.7 Planning Certificates.
Other certificates and information that can be requested includes:
*House/internal drainage diagrams in many cases are not readily available or we cannot locate the diagram, sometimes due to the age of the record. If your request relates to a property sale and the requirement to have a house/internal drainage plan with a contract of sale under the Conveyancing Act, Council can provide you with a letter advising these records are not available in the ordinary course of administration. If your enquiry is of this nature, please contact Council dev.documents@pmhc.nsw.gov.au after lodging your request via our online certificates portal. If the diagram can’t be located following a search of Council records, we won't be able to offer a refund.
Request a certificate
Development details or documents can be found in two ways. The records will either be available through Application Tracker if they were lodged from 2014 onwards, or you will need to request a copy of the document.
