Development details and documents associated with recent applications are available through Application Tracker.
It is the responsibility of the property owner or applicant to confirm that the development or other associated approval located on the Application Tracker tool remains active and valid.
In many cases, development documents for applications lodged with Council from 2014 onwards, are held in digital format and are available free of charge online.
Older documents are often in paper form and held in Council’s off-site archive stores. These search requests can take longer to complete, and additional fees may apply in accordance with GIPA provisions. Refer to Council’s Fees and Charges.
If the documents you require are not available on application tracker, you will need to make an application for copies of development documents using this application form(PDF, 296KB).
Fees apply in accordance with Council’s fees and charges. Application fees can be paid at any Customer Service Centre or by credit card over the phone on 02 6581 8111.
