Opportunities and Contracts

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is changing the way we contract for goods, services and works or use pre-approved supply arrangements by moving into a fully electronic environment.  On our webpage you can find information on upcoming RFTs, current opportunities, as well as recently closed RFTs and awarded contracts.

Council will also place notifications and receive responses to EOIs, RFQs and RFTs electronically through our new e-tendering portal at www.eprocure.com.au/pmhc/ at no cost to suppliers.  It provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering activities and quotations.

In order to respond to opportunities, you must first register.  Registration is free.

As a registered supplier, you may:

  1. receive email notifications of any new opportunities that become available
  2. view and download documentation directly from this portal
  3. seek clarification or ask questions in relation to current opportunities
  4. receive information issued in relation to current opportunities

Please register as a supplier with this portal to ensure you are notified of upcoming opportunities with Port Macquarie-Hastings Council.
