Opportunities and Contracts

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is changing the way we manage our Expressions of Interests (EOIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Tenders (RFTs) by moving into a fully electronic environment.

Council will place notifications and receive responses to EOIs, RFQs and RFTs electronically through this portal at no cost to suppliers.  It provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering activities and quotations.

In order to respond to opportunities, you must first register.  Registration is free.

As a registered supplier, you may:

  1. receive email notifications of any new opportunities that become available
  2. view and download documentation directly from this portal
  3. seek clarification or ask questions in relation to current opportunities
  4. receive information issued in relation to current opportunities

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders from suitably qualified consultants for the provision of services for the update of hydrodynamic modelling for Lake Innes and Lake Cathie. 

The scope of the Request for Tender includes an update to the hydrodynamic model developed in 2011 to enable comprehensive assessment of estuary, lake system and open coast responses to potential management options. This project involves the update of the existing hydrodynamic model, including the collection and collation of additional environmental data from the waterway.
