Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is changing the way we manage our Expressions of Interests (EOIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Tenders (RFTs) by moving into a fully electronic environment.
Council will place notifications and receive responses to EOIs, RFQs and RFTs electronically through this portal at no cost to suppliers. It provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering activities and quotations.
In order to respond to opportunities, you must first register. Registration is free.
As a registered supplier, you may:
- receive email notifications of any new opportunities that become available
- view and download documentation directly from this portal
- seek clarification or ask questions in relation to current opportunities
- receive information issued in relation to current opportunities
