Upcoming Procurement Opportunity

2024.076 Construction of Northern Arm Trunk Main – Stage 1

Port Macquarie Hastings Council (PMHC) is preparing to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for the Northern Arm Trunk Main – Stage 1 project in April 2025. This procurement will seek suitably qualified contractors to deliver key infrastructure works, ensuring long-term water security and network efficiency.

The scope of works includes:

  • Construction of approximately 6.5km of 750DN Water Main
  • Supply and installation of trunk main infrastructure
  • Associated civil and pipeline works

The RFT will be advertised on eProcure, and interested suppliers are encouraged to register to receive notifications and an invitation to access the RFT once released.

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and competent service providers to provide details on an interim leachate management facility for Cairncross waste facility.

No mandatory meeting is proposed as Council seeks to engage directly with potential service providers at the completion of the EOI.

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified consultants to draft procurement documents for Council’s waste collection, organics processing and recycling processing services, assisting throughout the procurement phase and providing other related services including advice throughout the project.

A pre-tender briefing will be held via Microsoft teams on Tuesday 6 May 2025 at 10:00am (AEST). Attendance at this briefing is a non-mandatory requirement of participation.
