Ordinary Council meetings are held monthly, on the third Thursday from 10am.
Most meetings are held at the Port Macquarie chambers on the corner of Lord and Burrawan streets.
All members of the community are welcome to attend, or watch the livestream on our YouTube channel which are published after streaming.

Occasionally Council holds extraordinary meetings. These are extra Council meetings held outside the normal meeting cycle, most often to consider matters of an urgent nature.
Extraordinary Council meeting agendas are tabled as normal. Agendas will become available shortly after extraordinary meetings are called.
Meeting agendas are available a few days in advance, and you can also view meeting minutes and documents tabled a few days after the Council meeting.
Our community are invited to speak at a Council meeting to address an agenda item or to address a matter not on the agenda.
