Holistic Disability Solutions offers disability support to individuals in the community through the NDIS. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, person-centred care which is individually tailored to the diversity of the person. Our point of difference from other providers is that we “do it all”. We provide a range of services, including Community Nursing, High Intensity Care, Social Inclusion, Transport, Domestic Assistance, assistance with Household Tasks, and many other services. This approach prevents care fragmentation and reduces the need for participants to “shop around” for the care they need.
We are a local family-owned business, founded by a nurse with extensive experience in the disability sector, based in the Port Macquarie area and serving the wider Mid North Coast region.
