Ordinary Council meetings are held monthly, on the third Thursday, from 2pm.
The December Council meeting will be held on the second Thursday of the month, and there will be no meeting held in January due to the holiday period. Meeting agendas are available a few days in advance, and you can also view meeting minutes and documents tabled a few days after the Council meeting.
Public Forums are held each month at 6.00pm on the Monday prior to the council meeting - 17 Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie in the Council Chambers.
Our community are invited to speak at a Council meeting to address an agenda item or to address a matter not on the agenda.
