Notice is given in accordance with Section 4.59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 and Section 124 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 of the determination of the following Development Consents. Details of the consents/refusals are available to be viewed digitally through Application Tracker, but some plans may be unavailable due to privacy laws.

Developments referenced below that were granted consent were done so for the reason that the respective sites were considered suitable for the proposed developments and the proposals adequately addressed relevant planning controls. With the imposition of conditions of consent, the developments are not considered to be contrary to the public interest and will not result in significant adverse social, environmental or economic impacts.

Those developments that were refused were not considered to meet these outcomes. Community views were taken into account in the decision making process having regard for the community participation process outlined in Council’s adopted Development Control Plan.
