  • 9-day fortnight. Employees who ordinarily work 38 hours a week enjoy a rostered day off.
  • Flextime. Earn extra hours which can be used when applying for leave.
  • Purchased leave options. Employees can apply for additional weeks of leave to enjoy more family time or to travel.
  • Term-time working. Employees can apply to take leave during the NSW public school holidays while continuing to receive a pro rata salary. This option is a fantastic benefit for those with school-age children or teachers in the family. 
  • Hybrid working arrangements. Employees can work from alternate locations so they can enjoy more flexibility in their lifestyle.
