Anyone can make a submission on the development during the exhibition period.
Submissions must be in writing, addressed to the General Manager, Port Macquarie Hastings Council and include the following details:
- Title: Submission
- Name, address, phone and email details
- Application Number – see ‘Our Ref’ above
- Grounds for objection/support of the proposal
- A disclosure of political gift or donation (if relevant) - refer to our website for details.
Please lodge your submission by post to PO Box 84, Port Macquarie NSW 2444, any branch office or via email to council@pmhc.nsw.gov.au.
You will receive an acknowledgement of your submission. You can keep informed of the progress of the application via the application tracker link above.
Please be aware that any information provided by you is subject to the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 which is based on the principle that all Government-held information should be accessible to the public and that information should only be withheld if it is necessary to do so in the public interest. If you lodge a submission and have made a political donation or provided a gift to a Councillor or Council employee in the last two years, you need to declare this. Refer to Council’s website for details on making a statement.
