LiveUp

LiveUp is a free, national online healthy ageing guide that has been developed by iLA (a not-for-profit organisation) and is funded by the Department of Health and Aged Care. LiveUp is a co-designed resource based on a wellness and reablement approach that empowers older people to take control of their ageing journey.

Participants complete a simple quiz after which they receive a summary of information and guidance around activities and supports in their local area, assistive technology product options and simple tips to make their everyday living easier at home and in the community. LiveUp is free and confidential.
