We’d love to invite you and your team to be part of something powerful this June.

 

Lifeline Mid Coast is proud to be a beneficiary of The Push-Up Challenge 2026, running from 3–26 June. We’re calling on local groups like yours to help us push for better mental health across our community.

Participants will aim to complete 3,307 push-ups over 24 days, representing the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024. Each day also brings a new mental health fact, helping spark conversations, build awareness, and keep people connected.

From our Mid Coast centre, our team answers thousands of calls each year and delivers local support programs, community education and training. By joining the challenge and selecting Lifeline Mid Coast as your beneficiary, you’re helping ensure that support remains strong, local, and available when it’s needed most.

It’s free to join, flexible for all abilities, and designed to bring people together. Whether you complete push-ups, squats, sit-ups or your own alternative - it all counts.

 

With your strong connection to our local community, we would love to invite you to be involved - whether that’s forming a team, sharing the message, or getting involved in a way that feels right for you. We’d also love to collaborate with you by creating content and sharing your journey throughout the challenge to help amplify the message even further.
