Each incoming Council develops its four year Delivery Program which outlines the strategies that the organisation will focus on to meet the objectives in our shared Community Strategic Plan.
The one year Operational Plan is a sub-plan of the Delivery Program. It lists individual actions that will be undertaken during the financial year to achieve outcomes stated in the four year Delivery Program. The Operational Plan includes the Fees and Charges, Revenue Policy and Rating Maps. It includes a detailed budget to support the activities to be undertaken during the year.
In addition to the Operational Plan and overall budget breakdowns, Council is required to publish a range of documents that inform the community about its Fees and Charges, the Revenue Policy and the how rates are determined according to geographical area. These documents are linked below.
The 2023-2024 Operational Plan and associated documents were adopted at the June 2023 Council Meeting.
The 2022-2023 Operational Plan and associated documents were adopted at the June 2022 Extraordinary Council Meeting.
The 2021-2022 Operational Plan and associated documents were adopted at the June 2021 Ordinary Council Meeting.
The 2020-2021 Operational Plan and associated documents were adopted at the June 2020 Ordinary Council Meeting.
