Community Events Entertainment Register

Port Macquarie Hastings Council (PMHC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from musicians and entertainers who would like to be part of our exciting calendar of upcoming community events across the region.

These events range from large-scale festivals to small-scale community activations and include both paid opportunities and volunteer/busking-style performances. Whether you're looking for a professional gig or a chance to give back and share your talent in a community setting, we’d love to hear from you.

All applicants are welcome to consider offering their time for both paid and unpaid opportunities throughout the year. This not only helps to create a more vibrant and inclusive program, but also supports the growth of our local creative community.

We welcome EOIs from all types of performers who can engage and entertain audiences in a community-focused, outdoor setting. Applicants must:

• Provide their own equipment suitable for outdoor performances (excluding stage/platforms) •
• Be comfortable performing in a range of environments, including parks, streets, and community spaces, often with limited infrastructure. 
• Performers under 18 must include parent/guardian approval.
