Oxley Beach Reserve

Oxley Beach Reserve

Oxley Beach is very popular for picnics and gatherings, as it is easy to access, provides undercover picnic tables and electric BBQs, and is right on Oxley Beach.

There is also an outdoor gym set up, and it is part of the Port Macquarie coastal walk, so the paved footpath that runs in the middle of the park is very popular for walkers and joggers. It connects between Town Beach in the North and Flynns Beach to the South.

This park can be booked for public or private events.

The Port Macquarie Tidal Pool (also referred to as an Ocean Pool) Project, is a community initiative driven by the Port Macquarie Tidal Pool Committee. While not a council project, Council understands that the project proposes the construction of a tidal/ ocean pool at the northern end of Oxley Beach, selected after a comprehensive Feasibility Study that assessed ten potential coastal sites.
