Ordinary Council Meetings & Dates

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of each month from 5.30pm (except on public holidays or unless otherwise advertised). Council meetings are usually held in the Council Chambers at the Port Macquarie office, corner of Lord and Burrawan Streets and any member of the community is welcome to attend.

Council Meetings are live streamed and you are invited to view the Council Meeting live via our YouTube channel or watch the recording at a later date on our website at Council Meeting Recordings.

 Business Papers are available for viewing online at www.pmhc.nsw.gov.au/councilmeetings by midday on the Thursday prior to the meeting.
