Port Macquarie-Hastings Council meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of each month from 5.30pm (except on public holidays or unless otherwise advertised). Council meetings are usually held in the Council Chambers at the Port Macquarie office, corner of Lord and Burrawan Streets and any member of the community is welcome to attend.
Request to speak at a Council meeting
Members of the public wishing to speak at a Council meeting will need to lodge the appropriate form to either address the Council on an agenda item or in the public forum.
