Carer Gateway is an Australian Government initiative providing free services and support to family and friend carers.

 

Carer Gateway providers services in-person, online and over the phone, ensuring carers can access the support they need when they need it. Services include counselling, peer support, tailored support packages, emergency respite, coaching and more. 

 

Carers can access these free services by calling Carer Gateway on 1800 422 737 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and selecting option one to speak with your local service provider. The intake and assessment team will guide you through the registration process connecting you with services and support to suit your individual circumstances.
