Household Chemical Cleanout

It’s time to safely clear out unwanted and hazardous household chemicals.

You can drop off household quantities (up to 20 litres or 20 kilograms of a single item) of:

• Solvents and household cleaners
• Floor care products
• Ammonia-based cleaners
• Pesticides and herbicides
• Poisons
• Pool chemicals
• Hobby chemicals
• Motor fuels
• Paint and paint-related products
• Fluorescent globes and tubes
• Acids and alkalis

Other Community Recycling Centre (CRC) items can also be dropped off free of charge on the day.
