2024.057 EB2 & EB3 Road Embankment Restoration

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for the provision of Construction of Road Embankment Restorations. 

The scope of the Request for Tender includes remediating 26 road embankment slips across the PMHC LGA. Further details are provided in Part B – Specification.

A pre-tender briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10.00am (AEST), Tuesday 04 June 2024. Attendance at this briefing is not a mandatory requirement of participation.

2024.067 Early Tender Involvement for Detail Design and Construction of Thrumster Wastewater Treatment Plant

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites Expression of Interests (EOI) from suitably experienced and competent contractors to express their interest in participation in early tenderers’ involvement (ETI) for the detailed design and construction of Thrumster Wastewater Treatment Plant.

An industry briefing will be held on 24 Jun 2024 at 11:30am (AEST). This will be held at the Port Macquarie Function Room, 17 Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444. The briefing is not a mandatory requirement of participation however, it is highly recommended to attend to learn about the project and local industrial capacities.

2023.101 Water Quality Improvement Strategy

Port Macquarie Hastings Council (PMHC) is seeking to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to develop a Water Quality Improvement Strategy (WQIS) for the coastal waterbodies located in the PMHC Local Government Area (LGA).

A consultant will develop three separate water quality improvement strategy for:

• Camden Haven River Estuary;
• Hastings River Estuary; and
• Lake Cathie / Bonny Hills.

The WQIS is being undertaken as part of the development of the Coastal Management Program (CMP) currently being prepared by PMHC.

2024.049 Dunbogan Bridge Scour Repair

Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the detailed design, approval and construction of seabed scour repair and bridge pile protection for Dunbogan Bridge as a result of multiple significant flood events.

A Pre-Tender Briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10.00am (AEST), Wednesday 12 June 2024. Attendance at this briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation.
