Council meeting dates

Ordinary Council meetings are held monthly, on the third Thursday from 10am.

Most meetings are held at the Port Macquarie chambers on the corner of Lord and Burrawan streets.

All members of the community are welcome to attend, or watch the livestream on our YouTube channel which are published after streaming.

Notice of upcoming Council meetings
The December Council meeting will be held on the second Thursday of the month, and there will be no meeting held in January due to the holiday period.

Extraordinary Council meetings

Occasionally Council holds extraordinary meetings. These are extra Council meetings held outside the normal meeting cycle, most often to consider matters of an urgent nature.

Extraordinary Council meeting agendas are tabled as normal. Agendas will become available shortly after extraordinary meetings are called.
