Our apprenticeship, traineeship and cadetship programs offer you the opportunity to work while you learn. You receive education and on the job training while working with us to make a difference in the local community.
We are committed to creating a workplace that attracts and retains motivated and talented people.
Whilst employed in one of our study programs, you will:
We offer a range of great benefits to all our people:
We recognise how important it is to have a healthy work/life balance. In addition to a 35 or 38 hour work week, we offer a range of flexible work options including flexitime, time-in-lieu and a 9-day fortnight.
We provide our people and their immediate families access to a free Employee Assistance Program and discounted gym memberships to support their physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing. We've got an active Social Club where our people can get to know their work mates and have some fun. We also offer annual flu vaccinations to help you stay healthy during the winter months.
Continuous learning is an important part of our workplace culture. Alongside formal study options, we offer significant opportunities for further development through internal and external training courses, seminars, specific projects and tailored leadership programs.
Taking leave is important to us all. We offer generous personal leave entitlements and our people have the ability to purchase additional leave each year, because we know everyone's circumstances are different. You'll also get access to long service leave after 5 years with us!
We'll be kicking off our 2024 intake in August.
You'll be able to submit your applications from the end of August but remember to submit a separate application for each opportunity that interests you.
We're also hosting application support sessions in Laurieton, Wauchope and Port Macquarie this year to help you build your application. Spaces are limited so registration is essential. Sign up here to attend one of our Application Support Sessions!
Interviews will take place from 6 November and we're hoping to have our new apprentices and trainees on board in December/January.
