The yellow recycling bin is to place all your paper, cardboard, bottles and plastics with the numbers 1-7 into so that they can be recycled for other uses.

REDcycle is a recycling program available at most supermarkets that helps divert soft, flexible plastics from landfill and turns them into a material that can be used to manufacture new products.

From 1 December 2017 residents will be able to take eligible containers to a registered CollectionPoint and receive a 10 cent refund. The Scheme, administered by the NSW EPA is called Return and Earn.

The Port Macquarie and Kew Domestic Waste Management Facilities accept household waste that cannot be collected kerbside. This includes: paint, batteries, gas bottles, fire extinguishers, oil etc.
