If you have any concerns about paying your Council rates or other fees and charges, please get in contact with us via our Customer Call Centre on 02 6581 8111 or email us at council@pmhc.nsw.gov.au so we can discuss payment options and work on a plan with you.

Late payments explained

If the quarterly payment is not paid in full by the due date on the rate notice, you may have to pay interest on the amount owing. The interest charge is calculated daily at the rate shown on your rate notice. Rates in Arrears may also be subject to recovery proceedings and may incur recovery costs.
