Interruptions to Water Supply

Comboyne - drinking water quality alert - WATER RESTORED: 25 March.

CANCELLATION OF BOILED WATER ALERT

NSW Health has now deemed the water is safe for drinking. All samples have come back clear of any contaminants.

We have reduced the chlorine levels within the Comboyne Public Water Supply Network, however you may still notice the elevated levels for a few more days.

Telegraph Point residents - WATER RESTORED: 22 March.

Residents can resume normal water use now.

Wastewater Treatment Plants

We are experiencing a number of surcharges in our wastewater schemes at Port Macquarie, Camden Haven, Bonny Hills, Wauchope and Kew/Kendall. Our teams continue to monitor the situation and take action to manage this through sampling, reporting and clean up.

Wastewater Treatment Plants at Port Macquarie, Bonny Hills, Dunbogan and Wauchope are currently in overflow and releasing to the environment in accordance with the Plants' respective EPA licence conditions. We've also had power outages which has impacted pump stations.
