Place in green bin.

Remember: Please don't place green waste in your Red Bin as it will be landfilled and generate methane, 24 times more potent as a greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide.

Place in red bin.

Wine cask bladder

The inner foil bag cannot be recycled and should be placed in the red bin. REDcycle has temporarily paused its soft plastics collection program from 9 November 2022. Please dispose of your soft plastics in landfill, as there will be no recovery from Coles and Woolworths stores at this time.

Wine cask box

Cardboard boxes should be placed in the yellow recycling bin.

Wood/Timber

Non treated timber can be placed in the green bin.

Treated timber or MDF (chipboard) can be placed in the red bin or taken to a waste facility.

Note: No large stumps or branches. These should be taken to a waste facility.

Wrapping paper

Place in yellow bin. (Foil wrapping paper must be placed in red bin)
