Lake Cathie Fishing Platform

A wheelchair friendly fishing platform located on the Lake Cathie foreshore, alongside the existing footpath, linking to the disability friendly car park.

Although purpose built to be disability friendly, the platform can be used by anyone including people of all abilities, parents with prams and seniors.

The fishing platform has hand rails on the sides, rod holders and a low guard rail along the water side to allow ease of casting for people in a wheelchair.
