Council-owned Community Halls to reopen from 17 June

From Wednesday 17 June, Council owned community halls will reopen under 'COVID-19 Safe' guidelines and requirements as outlined by NSW Government. Please contact the relevant Community Hall manager or booking officer for further details and information regarding each specific facility. Port Macquarie-Hastings Council owns and maintains community halls throughout the region, and these are available for hire by the community. If you are looking for somewhere to host your next event why not consider your local community hall? You can use the handy map below to find one near you.

Community Centre and Hall Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed with the relevant Booking Officer for the venue. You'll also be required to submit to the Booking Officer a COVID-19 outline of your activity, which forms part of the hire agreement documentation they will provide to you at the time of booking.

We urge you to continue to stay safe and vigilant with social distancing and hygiene measures in line with Government guidance. The NSW Government provide further information regarding what you can and can’t do under the rules.

The following Council venues are available for meetings and function room hire. A number of venues are suitable for sports and cultural entertainment purposes.
