Upcoming Procurement Opportunity

2024.076 Construction of Northern Arm Trunk Main – Stage 1

Port Macquarie Hastings Council (PMHC) is preparing to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for the Northern Arm Trunk Main – Stage 1 project in April 2025. This procurement will seek suitably qualified contractors to deliver key infrastructure works, ensuring long-term water security and network efficiency.

The scope of works includes:

Construction of approximately 6.5km of 750DN Water Main
Supply and installation of trunk main infrastructure
Associated civil and pipeline works

The RFT will be advertised on eProcure, and interested suppliers are encouraged to register to receive notifications and an invitation to access the RFT once released.

2024.090 PM WwTP Optimisation and Aerator Replacement

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for the Provision of Port Macquarie and Wauchope Wastewater Treatment Plant Aerator Replacement.

The scope of the Request for Tender includes the design, manufacture and supply of replacement floating mechanical aerators for the Port Macquarie and Wauchope WwTPs.

The suppliers will be able to price for any one of all of the following categories:

Category 1 - Port Macquarie EAT 1 & Wauchope WwTP 30kW aerators
Category 2 - Port Macquarie EAT 2 35 kW aerators
Category 3 - Port Macquarie EAT 2 75 kW aerators

A pre-tender briefing will be held via Microsoft teams on Wednesday 12 March 2025 at 10:00am (AEDT). Attendance at this briefing is not a mandatory requirement of participation.
