Red Ochre Park Playground

A new playground for the Lake Innes area of Brierley Hill ‘Red Ochre Park' is now complete and open to the public!

The new park includes play equipment, terracing, shade structures, outdoor furniture and landscaping improvements including connecting footpaths. 

This project is part of our commitment to providing recreational space in our community and identified as a project in our 2020-21 Operational Plan.


 Playground Features:

  • Large climbing tower with slide   
  • Snake swing   
  • Mini trampolines   
  • Swing set and nest swing  
  • All ability carousel   
  • See-saw   
  • Mini-soccer practice area with goal

Reserve Features:

  • Shade sail over top level   
  • Picnic table with shelter   
  • Drinking fountain   
  • Seating   
  • Waste bins

How to get there: Access to the park is via Verne Prescott Retreat or Howell Avenue in Port Macquarie.
