Hardship Assistance Form

We understand that due to exceptional circumstances, ratepayers may at times encounter difficulty in paying rates and charges.  Our Hardship Policy is in place to assist and you may be eligible to apply for rate relief assistance during such difficult times.

We understand our community has been impacted significantly as a result of COVID-19. In response to the impacts currently being faced, we've introduced a new hardship rate relief form specifically for COVID-19 to support residents in our community.
