Application form to erect a banner or flag within a reserve for the promotion of a local event of interest to the community and not to advertise for private profit or for commercial interests.
A banner site in the Camden Haven is currently on the reserve at the intersection of Ocean Drive and Kew Road, Laurieton.
Prior to the erection of the banner, the applicant is to submit a certificate of currency of public liability insurance cover indemnifying the interests of Port Macquarie-Hastings Council. The insurance is to cover the display of the banner and have a minimum cover of $20M.

Anyone interested in filming within the Port Macquarie-Hastings region must first obtain relevant approvals for the activity.

- Tourist attraction signs signal commercial and non-commercial tourist establishments and features of tourist interest, which meet the criteria in Section 8.0 of the Guidelines.
- Service signs direct the traveling public to essential and desirable facilities and service businesses. Service signs signal service establishments and features of service interest, which meet the criteria in Section 8.0 of the Guidelines.
- Community facility signage is for facilities that are essentially community based, even though visitors may use them and, in some cases, attract visitors in their own right. Community Service signs signal community service establishments and features of tourist interest, which meet the criteria in Section 8.0 of the Guidelines.
